Jana is the creatrix of The Untamed Woman Initiation - a space born from her own path through shame, "the good girl conditioning" and shut down into embodied liberation.

She knows this territory from the inside. The performing. The numbness. The pleasing.

The deep knowing that there has to be more.

After years of seeking answers outside of herself, she discovered that the source of power, pleasure, love and creation was always inside her body.

Jana is a trauma-informed Somatic Bodyworker & Coach, Embodiment Facilitator, Tantric Bodywork Practitioner, Yoga Teacher & Temple Artist.

Her spaces encourage you to remember your wild, raw & untamed nature  and to reclaim the parts of yourself that have been shamed, shut down & silenced.

Meet Sita

Sita is the Co-Facilitator of The Untamed Woman Initiation.

She is a somatic sexuality and pleasure coach, womb healing practitioner, and guide for feminine awakening and embodied sensuality.

She supports women in reconnecting with their womb, body and pleasure —opening the path to authentic expression, sensual embodiment and wild feminine. Her work weaves together somatic bodywork & dance, nervous system & trauma awareness, womb healing and sexuality coaching, helping women come home to themselves.

In her offerings—1:1 sessions, online programs, and retreats—she creates spaces for healing, embodiment and awakening.
