What a session feels like
A session with me is a nourishing journey back into your body.
A remembrance that your source of pleasure, life force, love and wholeness has always been inside your body.
We begin with a conversation to explore where you are, what you're carrying and what your intentions are.
From there, we move into the bodywork: gentle, attuned touch that helps your nervous system soften, old tensions to release, and sensations to come alive again.
Every layer we explore, we go into together - with full presence, full consent, and deep care.
Tantric Bodywork guides to the places you can't reach with your mind.
It supports you to integrate and re-nourish the parts inside yourself (physical or emotional), which have been shut down, numb or covered by shame that you can come back to your natural state of love, connection and innocence.
A session may include:
𖤓 Tantric touch - massage and body mapping - to connect deeper with your body, your pleasure and sensitize body parts which feel numb
𖤓 Somatic Bodywork to help your body release what the mind cannot
𖤓 Ritual to mark this time as sacred
A note on safety & consent:
A session may include full body touch.
You are always in your full power of choice. Nothing happens without your full yes and your no is equally honoured.
Throughout our session I am fully clothed as your therapist.
Whether you undress, and how much, is entirely your choice. There are no expectations and there is no right or wrong.
Your body is the guide and I am there to support.
Who is this work for?
This work is for you, if you are genuinley longing to meet yourself deeper and connect to your natural state of love, wholeness and erotic innocence.
My work is mainly for women and for conscious men, who are already on the path of personal work and willing to step into deeper inner integrity.
If you just want to consume a Tantric Massage without the willingness of meeting yourself deeper beyond your patterns - this is not the right space for you.
If you are longing for an approach of Tantric Bodywork, which is trauma-informed, holistic and rooted in somatics - this work is for you
