My sessions are not couples therapy.

2. Landing in the body. Breath and embodiment practices to slow down and drop from doing into being.
3. Guided rituals & tantric touch. I guide you step by step while you connect with each other. My touch is not involved.
4. Integration. Space to share, and practices to take into your everyday life.

Why I do this work
For a long time, intimacy in my relationships felt disconnected and goal-oriented.
I thought: “This is just how it is.”
I didn’t know there was another way to experience love, intimacy and sexuality - one that feels nourishing, alive and authentic.
I was disconnected from my body, my pleasure and my desires.
And this created pressure in my relationships.
I didn’t know how to fully express myself. How to create real intimacy and hold polarity. How to meet my partner from my body, not from patterns.
Through tantric bodywork, embodiment and sacred sexuality,
I discovered a completely new way of relating.
I had to unlearn almost everything I thought I knew about intimacy to reconnect with my body’s truth, my pleasure and my aliveness.
Today, I walk the path of sacred union with my partner.
I believe that committed relationships are one of the deepest initiations for growth, love, and healing.
This is why I do this work and why I feel honoured to guide couples into this space.
