We start on the 22nd January and the last session will be on the 22nd February

When are the sessions?

Mondays, Wednesdays:
7.30 am GMT (Portugal/UK time) / 8.30am CET (German time)

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6pm GMT (Portugal/ UK time zone) / 7pm CET (german time zone)

Sundays: 10am GMT (Portugal/UK time), 11am CET (german time zone)

Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes, you will get the recording after every session

What happens in a session?
Each session works with the main pillars of Embodiment:

There will always be music and i will gently guide the session and at the same time, there will be a lot of space for you to explore.
